Why is it important to pick the right photographer? Picking the right photographer ensures you are left with forever lasting memories. When the wedding is over, the hangover has gone, the cake has been eaten – you want to make sure you are left with incredible photos.

When everything has been agreed and you are happy with T&Cs signed, an invoice will be emailed to you with the information required for you to make BACS payment. 

You will receive a final invoice 8 weeks before the date booked, but this does not have to be paid until 6 weeks before (I like to send it early for your convenience). 

If you would like to pay in installments or all at once this can be agreed with no additional fees, just ask, I am always happy to help.

Of course! I have full insurance to cover as much as I can.

Copyright always belongs to the photographer unless otherwise agreed. Although the copyright belongs to me, I am more than happy for my images to be used for personal use, this includes sharing on social media (being credited is always appreciated, but you have no obligation to do so). However, you are not allowed to sell the images or commercially use them without gaining my consent.

For bookings under 6 hours you do not need to provide any food. 

Anything over 6 hours I do request that food is provided if possible. If you speak to your venue they usually provide supplier meals at a discounted rate.

Why do I ask you to provide food? I do this as it allows me to concentrate on your wedding and prevents me missing any important opportunities that arise. I do not need to be seated within the table plan a place within the venue is perfectly fine for me to rest my legs and refuel.
